Lintels
Shredded Cabbage, Celery
Portobello Mushrooms
Seedless Raisons
Organic Unsweetened Cranberries
Organic Chicken Breast
Onions
Spices
Turmeric
Saffron
Cinnamon
Caraway Seeds
Sea salt
Directions
NOTE: Sautee does not mean adding oil, the ingredients already contains enough moisture and the heated wok does the rest!
•Soak One (1) Cup Lentils in 2 ½Cups water.
•Add the spices above & let stand overnight.
•In same water, bring to a boil and lower heat with cover until water is completely absorbed & set aside.
•Heat the Wok till very hot!!
•Place cabbage, celery, and the spices and lentils into the wok.
•Once sauted add raisons and cranberries and saute a few minutes more.
•Place everything in a pot and let it simmer for 45 minutes adding 1 tbl of poly-unsaturated oil.
Separately prepare the chicken
•Add finely chopped onions to the heated wok and saute them.
•Add the sliced chicken and cook for a short time until still slightly raw.
•Mix in all cabbage, celery lentils and spices, cook a little longer and place everything in the pot.
Let stand for 30-45 minutes letting these wonderful ingredients swim in the pool of each others heavenly flavors! If you like sweet tastes, this is it! AND, it is good served hot or cold.

This is actually one of my favorites. You can eat this the next day and it tastes even better!!

Steve, You can actually change the recipe to include other veggies you like too and remember you can change the amounts as well and not diminish the dish!
