You can decide to leave things the way they are or you can make the conscience decision to change them. Keep in mind, there are 2 kinds of people in this world. Those who say “I can and those who say “I can’t”. Which one are you? My advice is to live each day as if it were your last and be better than yesterday. This hit close to home for me. As if the message was written just for me. I want instant results so when I don’t get it I want to give up. I have to keep reminding myself that just as much time it took for me to gain the weight it will take some time to lose it. But I can lose it and I will!
